We know you can’t wait to get your purchase, so all in stock items will go out within 1-2 business days. All orders placed after 2pm on Fridays go out the following Monday (or business day if Monday is a Holiday.) Most items will ship via USPS 1st Class Mail and will include tracking. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when calculating shipping time. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Infinity Raine will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Please note: we cannot guarantee package arrival dates. We try our best to get your packages out quickly, but once shipped and in the hands of USPS, delays may occur that are outside of our control. USPS 1st Class Packages can sometimes take up to 8 business days to arrive & ETA dates on tracking are not always accurate. Once packages leave Dallas & get scanned in at their next stop, ETA will update giving you a better idea when your package will arrive.

Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email to the email indicated on Return instructions or at checkout. We cannot issue refunds.
Returned items must be received unwashed, unworn, free of odor/pet hair/makeup and with all original tags still attached.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order was delivered to you according to our tracking info. Please allow 5-7 days for your return package to arrive to us (to ensure your return is received within the 14-day window) & keep a record of your return tracking number. Return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. Infinity Raine is not responsible for damaged, lost, or returned packages.
Items returned outside the 14-day policy and/or do not fit the return guidelines will be sent back with a future order or donated to charity after 30-days.
Items NOT eligible for return include: Sale/Clearance Items, Jewelry, Home Goods/Gifts, intimates including bras, seamless camis and swimsuits, socks, scarves, belts, hats, hair accessories, beauty products and Gift Cards.
Shoes must be returned with their original box inside another box to protect from damage. Please don't place the shipping label directly on shoe box or tape shut.
